Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Renova, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days of being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to ship as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@renova-patches.com, as we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

PO Box Addresses: Shipments to PO boxes are only accepted for US addresses, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress directly with the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or tariffs imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are not the responsibility of Renova. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.


Accurate Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Renova is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@renova-patches.com. We will do our best to correct it, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@renova-patches.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
