Accepted Payment Methods
Renova accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors.
Payment Authorization
When placing an order, your payment method may be subject to a temporary authorization hold to verify available funds. This hold typically clears within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been successfully processed.
By submitting payment, you confirm that:
- You are fully authorized to use the payment method provided
- All payment details submitted are complete and accurate
- Sufficient funds are available to cover the total order amount
- You accept responsibility for any applicable card or transaction fees
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. If you are ordering from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees. These charges are outside our control and are not the responsibility of Renova.
Billing Information Accuracy
To prevent delays or payment failures, please ensure your billing details match your bank's records exactly. You will need:
- The billing address associated with your card
- Your card number and expiration date
- The 3 or 4-digit security code (CVV/CVC)
If a discrepancy is detected, your order may be automatically declined by the payment processor.
Fraud Prevention
Renova uses secure fraud-detection systems to protect both our customers and our business. We reserve the right to:
- Request additional identity verification if suspicious activity is detected
- Cancel any order believed to be fraudulent
- Refuse service when necessary to maintain compliance and security
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, we recommend:
- Verifying your card details are entered correctly
- Contacting your bank to authorize the transaction
- Trying an alternative payment method
Orders are not held or reserved if payment is unsuccessful. We are not responsible for any fees or charges your bank may apply as a result of a failed transaction.
Subscription & Auto-Renewal Payments
If you purchase a subscription plan, your payment method will be automatically charged at each renewal interval as disclosed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and managing your subscription

Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. International customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are not charged by Renova and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Refunds for Returned or Cancelled Orders
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Payment Security
