At Renova, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to submit a return request. All purchases — including sale items — are covered under this guarantee, provided they meet the conditions listed below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, email us at support@renova-patches.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you full instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately at support@renova-patches.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new separate order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@renova-patches.com
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent to our warehouse without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Please always contact us first.
Subscription Orders
For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged. Our system begins preparing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Once payment is processed and the order is in progress, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Bulk and Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders are not eligible for free returns and are subject to applicable shipping and restocking fees.
